3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to request service.

4. Appointments, Access & Safety

• You must provide a safe work area and reasonable access to the appliance.
• Pets must be secured; hazards (e.g., water leaks, gas odors) must be disclosed immediately.
• We may refuse or halt service if unsafe conditions are present.

5. Estimates, Diagnostics & Pricing

• Diagnostic fees, labor rates, and parts pricing are provided at or before scheduling when possible and are subject to change.
• Diagnostics determine the likely cause of failure; if additional issues are discovered, we will notify you of any revised estimate.
• Unless otherwise stated, quotes exclude taxes, disposal fees, and rush/expedite shipping charges.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept the payment methods indicated on the Website or during booking.
• Delinquent balances may incur late fees and reasonable collection costs as permitted by law.

7. Parts, Warranty & Returns

• New OEM or high-quality equivalent parts may be used, subject to availability.
• Our workmanship is warranted for 90 days from the service date unless a different period is stated on your invoice. Parts are covered by the part manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
• Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, power surges, flooding, pests, pre-existing conditions, or unrelated failures.
• If a warranted issue arises, contact us promptly to schedule an inspection; warranty service is limited to the original repair address and customer.

8. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to the diagnostic amount.
• If we must cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Back up or remove perishables or sensitive items before service (e.g., food in refrigerators).
• Disclose any warranties, prior repairs, or unusual symptoms to assist accurate diagnosis.

10. Intellectual Property

All Website content (text, images, logos, videos) is owned by Express Appliance Repair or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use the content without written permission.

11. Reviews & Testimonials

If you submit a review or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in connection with our Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas. At our mutual option, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognized provider in Fort Bend County, Texas.
